Pop3 server = mail.tangerine-army.co.uk
Smtp = your.isp.com

or you can use mail.tangerine-army.co.uk (uses ASMTP setup below )
Applies to outlook express

   * Click the *Servers* tab
   * Under *Outgoing Mail Server* > Check *My server requires
     authentication*
   * *OK* > *Close*

Email Admin

Email Admin ( Here you can change your password turn on off anti virus and spam scanning. Also set vacation message which sends an auto reply in words of your choice saying why you may not respond. )
